Struggle

It is a struggle for me to bring awareness to the anger at the moment it arises. I might say or do something that is counter productive to all I believe in and all that I do. I loose days or weeks or even years of working with myself when this happens. I am surrendering the process as well as seeking divine guidance in deepening my awareness and in expanding my understanding.
