Vitriol Rejected

Irrespective of whether I am loved back, irrespective of whether I am ridiculed I am learning to love unconditionally. It is tough but not impossible to do this task I have set for myself. I try to become aware of my breathing when I am confronted with anger or hatred. I create a barrier that rejects the negativity that causes our soul to go to sleep. I call the negativity The Vitriol.
