Boundaries

One of the most important faculties that man has to develop is to learn to set boundaries.

Ability to discern when to say yes, when to say no and when to be silent has to be carefully cultivated.

The most common folly that man does is that he thinks he will hurt his friends when he says yes but actually means no. In this erroneous process he hurts himself first. He ends up being non-authentic.

Man has to be authentically himself from his highest knowing. Setting healthy boundaries is a beautifully creative individualistic decisive moment for self.

This moment of individual truth defines what we are becoming. Much courage and strength arises from within once we learn to view our life from the highest good and from that vantage point learn to set clear boundaries.

For me personally this is work in progress.

Every moment I have asserted myself I grow more erect in my stature. I learn to use language and words effectively to communicate. My life gets better because I have tremendous respect for myself. I teach others to respect me by just the way I am as a human.

I am learning to be better human in such a manner.
