Listening to the Silence (1)

I had the most wonderful experience with Prakash yesterday. I came in a bit tired earlier in the morning. He came near me and sat on a chair next to me. Gentle calling me to breathe, let my struggle go and to listen. In a little bit of time I was able to do as he suggested. In a few moments a ball of multiple colors appeared in my mind's eye. It started spinning faster and faster. It transformed into pure crystal sphere that had uncountable facets through which gold and silver and other unnamed colors sparkled. I felt it in my third eye and slowly it descended into my body. 

Another experience is with Mukku and Prakash. Mukku going through aggression etc for last few says. He came here (lotus). I feel Prakash had something to do with calming of Mukku. Mukku is happy and eagerly participating in the day. 

Once Prakash worked with my state he walked away and smiling from across the room now. 

Whatever is happening it is great.
