Contrasts exists everywhere. Pushing against it is not your purpose or manner. To be in a place to consider the contrast and shift your attention and focus to your preference without judging or in any way pushing away what is not desirable is your task now.
There are innumerable life experiences appearing to support you on this journey to learn the art of discernment. The world is being given the same nature of experiences as each individual of you are.
Every grain of sand has a choice. Every mineral & rock has this choice. Plant kingdom and animal kingdoms are having this choice. Every elemental & cellular being has this choice. And they are all learning to choose with grace.
Life is eternal.

No choice but to live life playfully. No choice but to let the Source Energy flow through you. No choice but to be happy.
