The Essential

This Autism is a powerful presence in my life!

It has a knack of creeping up on me. 

It urges me to discard the unwanted. It gently peels off layers of self-defeating believes. Slowly but surely it challenges me to let go of what does not serve my highest good or for that matter the highest good of humanity. 

So what is this I am left with?

The Essential Me! 

I am beautiful!

I am love!

I am you!

You are me!

The law of One is all I am left with! 

This is my epiphany for this morning! So what next?
